A few weeks ago, we spent a weekend in Portland, Maine. Of course, we visited a few places to eat. One of them is “Black Cat Coffee.”
It’s a cosy little cafe, which has great food, great coffee, and great people around. 🙂 We met the owners, and spent a little bit of time chattering. They were super nice and gave us permission to turn one of their special recipes into a video!
1 cup soy milk (or any choice of milk)
3/4 cup cap’n crunch
5-6 ice cubes
1 TBS simple syrup
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
