Woot! Another post! I just did some grocery shopping earlier today. So I’ve been pretty much cooking all day long!
7 oz. shrimp (de-shelled, boiled)
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small onion (or red onion)
1 cup chopped cilantro
1. Cut the shrimps in halves.
2. Cut cucumber, tomatoes, and onions into small cubes.
3. Squeeze lime and lemon. Mix everything in a bowl.
Pretty simple, huh? And refreshing too!
