Chocolate Oatmeal Pancake

And my pancake day continues!

A friend of mine gave me this pancake recipe to alter, and so I did.

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 TBS honey

makes 8 pancakes
1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Heat up a lightly sprayed non-stick pan.

3. Pour batter and cook over medium heat. When you see bubbles forming, flip and cook for about 30 seconds. Serve with your favorite toppings.

I serve mine with banana and peanut butter whipped cream (which is just yogurt and PB2). You might not wanna skip the honey, unless you like pure bitter chocolate. I tried some without the honey, and it was sooooo bitter haha! Bitter good though. Bitter chocolate. Or maybe top it traditionally, with maple syrup.
