Happy Valentine’s Day!!! My breakfast today is just like today’s theme. Chocolate~
I wanted to give egg-white oatmeal another shot. But having plain egg-white oatmeal is still pretty unusual lol. So I added cocoa powder and made myself chocolate oatmeal. Think of it as a cake that you don’t have to bake.
1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
1 cup water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs palm sugar
1. Boil 1 cup of water. When water is boiled, add in the oats.
2. Just as the oats are done cooking, stir in the cocoa powder and and vanilla paste.
3. Quickly stir in your egg whites, and continue to stir vigorously until they are cooked (you’ll see them turn white).
4. Add in palm sugar, mix well.
It’s soooo good as a breakfast on valentine’s day, actually at any day. It’s like eating dessert for breakfast lol.
