Yes yes, another breakfast food! Well… Actually this can also be a dessert.
I actually love love crêpes. But sometimes, it can get unhealthy. The flour… The sugar… The butter! This morning I made myself some sugar-free, flour-free, butter-free crêpes. With sauce.
4 egg whites
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Tropical Vegan Shakeology® (or your favorite flavor of protein powder)
1. Mix egg whites, 1 tbsp greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
2. Put 4 tablespoon of the mixture into a non stick pan, cook for 10 seconds on each side.
1. Mix remaining greek yogurt, protein powder and milk.
