Egg Muffin

I love cooking for the family on weekends. Everyone is home. So we can gather around and have a good family time with good food on our plates.

This morning I cooked egg muffins for the family. It’s simple, easy, and healthy.

8 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 cup crimini mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup tomato
1 spring of onion, chopped
2 handful of spinach
1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)

makes 6 muffins
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan.

2. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, pour mixture into the muffin pan.

3. Bake for 10-20 minutes. Wait for about 10 minutes before serving.

My dad asked me, “Did you buy these or did you make these?”

I guess I did well? =D
