With the amount of food I had yesterday (Chinese New Year), and Chinese New Year’s Eve, I am so hating food right now and so lazy to chew lol.
The amount of food during Chinese New Year is kind of like Thanksgiving. But worse! Actually I think it depends on how big your family is, because you have to visit the older ones. And whichever house you go to, they WILL serve you food! And not the healthy food like lettuce or celery, they serve you cake, fried cake, more cake, syrup. Some people would offer you oranges. But who the hell takes those?????? Ok maybe some. But if you go to anyone’s house, the jars of cookies are the ones that are almost emptied out. And you HAVE to eat. Not eating is considered impolite. At least that’s what I’ve been taught.
So anyway, this morning, I just whipped up something real quick and easy. Another chocolate pudding! Plus, I’ve been craving for chocolates! And I don’t really want to add the amount of sugar consumed
1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology® (you can use chocolate/vanilla protein powder)
1 tbs of cocoa powder (more if you like the darker chocolate taste)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
A little bit of water
1. Mix Shakeology/protein powder, cocoa powder, and yogurt together.
2. Add water until you get a sauce consistency.
3. Add honey if you’d like.
I find that Shakeology and protein powders sweetens it naturally. So I didn’t add any other sweetener. Oh! This is great for a snack too. Bon appétit!
