We know soda isn’t really good for us. Yet we still drink it. It does refresh us on hot days, and it goes well with certain meals. In this video we’re going to show you how to make a refreshing healthier soda that you can enjoy.
4 cups water
5 limes, sliced
1/2 cup raw sugar
A small pinch of yeast for carbonation
1. Put water and limes into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Dissolve sugar, and transfer mixture into a bottle.
3. Add a pinch of yeast. And let the mixture sit at room temperature for 3 days.
4. Refrigerate before serving.
Sit on counter for 3 days then refrigerate.
Top tips: before putting in the yeast, it will be good to check whether the yeast that you’re using is still good. Otherwise, your lime soda will not have much carbonation.
