Last Minute Halloween Treats: Vegan PB Cups

A few days ago we uploaded a video on how to make a super simple peanut butter cups. 

Today, we’ll tell you how to make a vegan version of it. 😉

INGREDIENTS
1 cup carob chips
1/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup your favorite peanut butter

1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.

2. Mix carob chips and almond milk in a pot, and melt them over medium heat.

3. Spoon about 1 tsp of melted chocolate into the muffin papers. Let it cool. And refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

4. Scoop about 1 tbs of peanut butter, and pour melted chocolate over it again. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
