The weather has been super nice lately. It’s like the perfect weather to sit outside and just relax with a book, a dessert, and a good cup of tea.
So the other day, I found graham cracker pie crusts in Whole Foods, and bought some. Since I’m not confident enough to make pie crusts from scratch, that was what I used =p
2 scoops chocolate protein power (I used Shakeology)
1 container tofu, silken or firm
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbs milk of choice (I used almond)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 pre-made graham pie crust
1. Slice bananas and cover bottom of pie crust. Drizzle honey over bananas.
2. Place peanut butter, tofu, protein powder, and milk in blender; blend until smooth and creamy, adding a bit more milk if necessary.
3. Pour over bananas in pie crust for at least 1 hour. Serve.
If you don’t want to use protein powder, you can replace it with cocoa powder and add choice of sweetener to your likings. I literally can’t stop nomming on it. =p
Nutrient count unavailable (depends on the milk and choice of protein powder).
