Oatmeal Pancake with Peanut Butter Sauce

My egg-oatmeal breakfast yesterday made me crave for pancakes lol. So this morning that was what I made! Oatmeal pancakes and peanut butter sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oatmeal (dry)
1/4 cup cottage cheese
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp baking powder
2 TBS PB2
1 TBS yogurt
1 TBS water

serves 1
Pancake
1. Blend oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg whites, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth.

2. Lightly spray and heat non-stick pan.

3. Pour batter on pan (it will be runny. But it’s still goooood). Cook until you see bubbles on the top of the batter, then flip, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Peanut butter sauce
1. Mix PB2, yogurt, and water.

2. Serve with pancake.
