Not the best one I’ve made, not is it the prettiest. But this orange mocha overnight oatmeal with cherries and figs. Caffeine is very needed today =p
1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp ground coffee
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk
A handful cherries, pitted.
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add orange juice and almond milk to the dry mixture. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning add pitted cherries and pulse everything in a blender or food processor.
Top with your favorite toppings! I topped mine with dried figs and more cherries! Haha!
