This is probably one of our favorite potato side dishes. Not only is it delicious, it’s also easy to make. Golden brown on the outside, with warm and soft flesh.
Baby potatoes (about 1 lb)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig rosemary
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Cracked salt & pepper
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl. And toss to mix evenly.
2. Transfer everything to a baking sheet.
3. Broil at 450ºF for 20 minutes.
Everyone should at least master the very basic of making roasted potato. If you want to ante up your roasted potato game, you can add things like bacon, truffle oil, sour cream, and so on. Potato is a great flavor carrier. Feel free to experiment.
