Does your mouth water every time you hear “rack of lamb?” Fear not, fear not, we’re here to help you make one.
Cooked properly to its perfect tenderness and refined flavor. So why not impress someone with a rack of lamb cooked right? 🙂
2 racks of lamb
1 tsp salt
1 tsp whole peppers
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1. Mix everything (except lamb) with pestle and mortar, until mixture turns into a paste.
2. Rub lambs on both sides.
3. Heat a pan with oil and sear lambs on both sides for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 450º. Transfer the entire pan with lambs into oven, broil for 15-20 minutes.
